coating that is specifically used for the demanding requirements
of waterproofing pre-cast and waterproofing basement walls.

penetrating material excellent for dampproofing of masonry
block, pre-cast, and poured concrete foundation walls.

20 Dampproof Coating - The primary use of the material
is to damp proof masonry and concrete basements above and
below the grade line. Deco 20 Dampproofing will improve
strength, and durability of concrete. The coating works
by wrapping the walls in a water tight, seamless, elastomeric
membrane. The system works best if the entire wall, top
to bottom, is coated.

positive drainage when waterproofing foundation walls by
directing ground water to the foundation drainage system.
Deco Ultra Therm - Formulated for exterior or interior reflective coating used on vertical or horizontal surfaces.
Deco
waterproofing products are code compliant with ICC Evaluation
Services. Our waterproofing products can be applied using
inexpensive spray equipment. Our recommendation for spraying
Deco applications is using an airless sprayer with a 631 or
531 switch tip. A recommended pump would be the GRACO 7900
pictured below, the industry’s best in performance.
Features like the Advantage Drive System and the Endurance
piston pump work together to ensure that you’re waterproofing,
will run smoothly under any jobsite condition. Other brands
of pump, with equal performance, are also acceptable. Pressure
setting is typical in the 1500 - 2000 psi range.
