DECO 20 Dampproof Coating is an alternative material replacing bituminous products. It is approved for dampproofing of masonry block, pre-cast and poured concrete foundation walls. Our dampproofing coating will stop water vapor passing through a concrete foundation wall and will help protect against basement leaks in the concrete. You can apply Deco 20 dampproofing to preexisting damp walls and can be applied to top of the foundation wall. It has no odor, which makes application safe and effective, and will dry a pleasing gray color. There is a continuous coating, which eliminates any seams, and can be painted over if preferred.
