Penetrating Concrete Sealer 20 can be applied on new
or existing construction. It is used for dampproofing
masonry block, pre-cast and poured concrete foundation
walls. DECO 20 produces a highly effective breathable
moisture barrier by reducing water vapor transmission
and is designed for the environmental requirements in
the dampproofing industry. DECO 20 Clear is a rapid
drying product that can be applied to dry or damp walls.
It is so easy to apply that it will eliminate any scheduling
issues, and only one application is required. Many dampproofing
products use a tar base, with DECO 20 you will have
no grade-line problems.
