DESCRIPTION:
DECO 20 Seal Waterproofing Membrane is an advanced hybrid acrylic resin coating that is specifically designed for the demanding requirements of waterproofing parged and non-parged masonry, pre-cast and poured concrete foundation walls. On masonry walls, DECO 20 Clear Sealer must be applied prior to the application of DECO 20 SEAL. DECO 20 Seal Waterproofing Membrane is designed for use as a waterproof coating when hydrostatic pressure caused by the water table does exist.

USE:
New construction: Waterproofs and seals masonry, pre-cast and poured concrete foundation walls.  For approved applicators.

WARRANTY:
DECO 20 Seal Waterproofing Membrane is warranted as specified from date of C.O. (Certificate of Occupancy).
